Otot dada tengah:

1. Barbell bench press

2. Dumbell bench press

3. Smith machine bench press

 

4. Dumble fly (isolate)

5. Pull over (isolate)

6. Low cable fly (isolate)

 

 

Otot dada atas:

1. Incline barbell bench press

2. Incline dumble press

3. Incline smith machine press

4. Machine chest press

 

Otot dada bawah:

1. Decline machine press

2. Decline dumble press

3. Lever chest dip

4. Chest dip

 

5. Cable cross over (isolate)

 

Catatan: Otot lain yang berhubungan dengan latihan otot dada : Back, Deltoid, Tricep
